The adult form is a round headed tree up to 15m high with a straight, clean trunk. The juvenile form has a long unbranched stem with descending linear leaves. Found throughout NZ from sea level to 760m.
Recommended pre germination seed treatment: Seed germinates without pre treatment. 4 weeks cold stratification will help speed up and even out germination time. (For details refer to Propagation Information tab at top of page / Seed Dormancy).
