An attractive tree to 10m with a short trunk and spreading canopy, found in lowland forest from North Cape south to Banks Peninsula. Titoki makes an excellent shade or specimen tree. It has large glossy mid green leaves and striking scarlet seed capsules with shiny black seeds.

Recommended pre germination seed treatment: Seed germinates without pre treatment. Sow seed direct from packet & keep moist until germination is complete. This seed is perishable and cannot be stored It should be sown on receipt.
