A graceful branched shrub or small tree Native to New Zealand. It can be grown as a hedge line on most sites, as shelter or a specimen tree. The oval leaves are serrated and some have very purple backs to them. The dense foliage is set off by the prolific number of white flowers from late summer and into autumn. Wood Pigeons will eat the foliage tips when food is scarce.
