PRICING
Prices include GST when shipped to New Zealand addresses.
Prices may be subject to change without notice.
Where possible, we will be pleased to quote discounted prices for large quantities of single species.
PAYMENT
Unless otherwise arranged payment with order please.
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB cards), Direct credit (to The National Bank of New Zealand Ltd account number 06 0821 0241047 00) Cheques or Cash.
ORDER PROCESSING AND POSTAGE COSTS
Orders dispatched to New Zealand addresses $8.00 (delivery is by Courier post).
Orders dispatched to addresses outside New Zealand NZ$18.00 on orders weighing 250g or less (delivery is by International Air Post). Orders weighing over 250g will be charged at cost.
TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Orders dispatched to addresses outside New Zealand) You agree to pay all customs duties, and or other taxes and fees that may be levied by your government. You are responsible for knowing and heeding any import regulations, prohibitions and restrictions which may apply. NZ Tree Seeds shall not be responsible for shipments that are seized by customs or prohibited entry into your country for any reason.
Seeds should be inspected on arrival and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return within 14 days and we will cheerfully exchange or refund including your postage. If you are in any way disappointed by the quality of any seed you buy from us please let us know.
We give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the description or productiveness, of any seed and will not in any way be responsible for the resultant crop, except any liability which arises from statutory guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 in respect of non-business customers.
The above terms are accepted by the purchaser when an order is placed.
